About

Lift Parade Arts is...

  • a messy-painted, snazzy little creative corner of the world
  • a pick-me-up kinda place
  • a fun name for a company that’s doing meaningful things for people experiencing isolation, grief, “the doldrums”, depression, anxiety, overwhelm, loneliness, listlessness, loss of direction, loss of meaning.
  • a place where creativity is queen and the arts are a balm

What's in a Name?

Lift: raise spirits, connections, voices, and community.
Parade: enjoying, fun, creating, invitation, action, doing things together, celebration.
Arts: visual, performance, craft, making — the practices we use.

Led by a Core Belief

You are a creative being with a creative soul. Creativity is natural: a refuge, an energizer, and a way to be in the world. Cultural myths that say “you’re not creative” are simply wrong.

What We Offer

We invite you to make, behold, and experience art as a throughway to healing.

Our offerings—workshops, trainings, coaching, arts experiences, processions, community projects, and programs like the 28-Day Creative Spark Experience—providing guidance to create simple, sustainable practices that help you build a life-giving creative rhythm.

The Benefits

  • Reconnect to meaning, wonder, and enough-ness
  • Practical tools and rituals for daily life
  • Greater confidence and expressive freedom
  • Deeper connection to spirit, self, and community
  • More joy in ordinary moments

Guiding Values

  • Inclusion: everyone’s creativity matters.
  • Presence: art as a path to being here now.
  • Community: co-creation and shared celebration.
  • Wonder: revive awe and curiosity.
  • Practicality: accessible practices that fit real life.

Your Invitation

Are you willing to take a step? Join a workshop, try a short program, or partner with us—and find a way through to a more fulfilled, creative life.

Welcome, Creative Soul.

Stay here for just a moment.

I created this pop-up to invite you into a moment of creative wonder.

Take a deep breath, right now. Let your eyes (or hands) move around the space you are in. Rest your gaze on something that is beautiful, aesthetically lovely, delightful, or sacred to you. Keep your eyes (or hands) on this object or scene for thirty seconds, considering why it is beautiful or meaningful to you. Notice the details, the material, the color, the shape, the questions this brings up for you. Pray with gratefulness for the beauty and creativity you’ve observed.

Do this creative practice at any moment to reset or remember the beauty around you.
